Subject: [PATCH] ldso: Define MAP_FAILED for _dl_mmap()

When using mmap2() to emulate mmap(), _dl_mmap() uses MAP_FAILED to
indicate failure. MAP_FAILED is not defined anywhere, so this patch
defines it.
