glibc: added COMPATIBLE_TARGET_SYS
added COMPATIBLE_TARGET_SYS ?= "(?!nios2)" to the glibc.inc file
and COMPATIBLE_TARGET_SYS = "." to the only recipe that does
support nios2 (glibc_2.5.bb)
