OE changes:

rootfs_ipk.bbclass and need to be rewritten for RPM rootfs.

rootfs_rpm.bbclass: use DISTRO instead of hardcoded Poky - spotted by Tom Rini
rootfs_rpm.bbclass: drop not needed disabled code
