llvm2.7: force arm mode for now for armv4t
* http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=6065
* other archs are probably also affected, feel free to add
* it's not clear if it's thumb2 or thumb1 only, because arm920t
is affected and woglinde said his armv7 machine is not affected
