kernel.bbclass: fix staging of .config
- in staging.bb : sysroot_stage_dir does : cp -fpPR "$src"/* "$dest"
which means it won't copy .config
- so do the copy of .config in sysroot_stage_all_append after
sysroot_stage_dir
