u-boot_git: Add dm3730-am3715-evm u-boot support
* Added support for the dm3730-am3715-evm machine type to
obtain the u-boot source from the PSP repository.
* Set SRCREV for the dm3730-am3715-evm machine type to the
03.00.00.05 PSP version.
