opie-securityplugins: cleanup to get them look like other OPIE recipes
- each plugin has own .inc file used by 1.2.1 and CVS version
- each plugin .inc include one common opie-securityplugin.inc which define
common stuff like SECTION/MAINTAINER/RDEPENDS
