php: fix broken 5.2.6
* drop broken 5.1.4
* not linking with mysql for now because oe build mysql with --enable-embedded-server
* http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=16513
* no fix is available for mysql4.1, waiting for mysql5.x in oe to link with mysql
