gdb: fix compile if ${TARGET_LINK_HASH_STYLE} is not set
* fixes bug 4733
* If other recipes with a similar problem come up, then it might make
sense to rewrite setting TARGET_LDFLAGS in bitbake.conf using
${@base_conditional}
