linux: added 2.6.28 for at91sam9263ek (based on ulf/atmel branch)
- recipe cleaned
- defconfig changes:
- NFS root enabled
- preempt, no hz, high res timers, cpu idle enabled
- EABI, Thumb support enabled
- watchdog enabled
- legacy PTYs, deprecated sysfs disabled
