python-mysqldb: Modified patch to properly compile. Removed it from nonworking.
Before, bitbake failed with "CROSS COMPILE Badness: /usr/include in INCLUDEPATH: /usr/include/mysql". The patch modification adds a new line in
site.cfg, which removes /usr/include/mysql from INCLUDEPATH.
