simpad-linux-2.6.24: Fix building of the linux-kernel for 2.6.24
*fix collie-kexec.patch contains the same patch threetimes
*move patches to packages/linux/linux/simpad
*add modified defconfig under packages/linux/linux-2.6.24/simpad
