bluez: update and put related .bb files into one directory
- bluez-libs, bluez-utils, and bluez-hcidump are pretty tied, so I think it makes sense to put them into the same directory
- update bluez-libs to 2.20
- update bluez-hcidump to 1.25
- enable default-manfid patch
