conf/bitbake.conf:
Add perl-native to the ASSUMED_PROVIDED list. It is
a RDEPENDS of auotreconf but to build dependencies of
perl-native (virtual/db-native:db3 and gdbm) we are
likely to call autoreconf in the process of building
those.
