wic: set correct system id for msdos partitions
Explicitly set system id 0x6(FAT16) for msdos partitions. Removed old code that attempts to achieve the same result using 'parted ... lba off'. Signed-off-by: Ed Bartosh <ed.bartosh@linux.intel.com>
