prelink: Fix various prelink issues on IA32, ARM, and MIPS.
Fix the following issues:
IA32 / ARM - Resync to glibc-2.22, fix a mismatch w/ glibc's ld.so
MIPS - Ignore the new SHT_MIPS_ABIFLAGS
ARM - Fix missing ARM IFUNC support chunk
Also upstream prelink project no longer has a 'trunk' directory.
