* Removed old versions of mono as they were broken.
* Fixed mono packages so mono now builds with new native staging.
* Changed mono floating point to ARM_FPU_NONE so it works with all architectures.
* Added libtoolize --force --copy to mono.inc to allow any libtool version to work.

Ruby was not building the socket extension because of a problem
with IPv6 sizes. This gets it to build.

standard libpcap recipe depends on bluez, which depends on
gst-plugins-base, which depends on MANY things..gstreamer, cdparanoia,
and many other packages that really don't need to built.

OE provides its own zlib-native and qemu-native should use that.
Thanks to Thomas Zimmermann <ml@vdm-design.de> for spotting it.

See "sanity: remove /proc/sys/vm/mmap_min_addr check" for reasoning,
basically, 0.12.x is needed for reliable work on any host system.

QEMU 0.9.x is obsolete this days and with all modifications made for
QEMU 0.10.x in OE, versions 0.9.x are unusable anyway. 0.10.3 was
introduced 10 month ago, so a good transition time was also given.
Now it's time to just kill it.
Also remove cvs and svn versions since those are 0.9.x leftovers and
QEMU moved to git long ago.
Also remove gcc3 checks since that are not relevant for QEMU 0.10+.
Also remove from icecc blacklist, since QEMU builds fine with it and
the reason for blacklisting was GCC 3.

Move the logic to determine what qemu-TARGET to run into qemu.bbclass so
we can check for the right binary in sanity.bbclass. This code was
duplicated by glibc-package and eglibc-package anyhow and with the new fn
we can clean up the usage in these classes a bit. Now that we have a class
for qemu stuff, and the gcc check is just for qemu, move it there.

* Fix PR #5376
* Dont remove ~LnkProperties when QTOPIA_INTERNAL_FSLP is not defined
this could cause g++ to emit default destructor which will be inlined
and as we asked inlines to have hidden visibility it could make the
destructor hidden in the final library this happens now because ld
can merge the visibility attributes which it did not do before.
* Note that this fix might be needed in few other places too.
We will fix them as we encounter them.
* Remove the workaround in opie-taskbar

This is tool to calibrate touchscreens which works as XInput devices
(evdev, evtouch, ... but not tslib one).
So far only X11 version, GTKmm one will be provided later by Petr Štetiar.
