busybox fdisk has if defined(__arch__) statements.
This patch adds the defined line for nios2 (__nios2__)

* The former default behaviour was to exit with failure if lease is not
immediately obtained. This results in permanent network disconnect if DHCP
server is (accidentally) not available at boot time. :(
* Since bb 1.14 this is no longer hardcoded and can be configured.

I am tired of discussions how to solve situation where upstream changes
it's files without versioning them and we workaround it instead of
solving.
