First bits of KDE in OpenEmbedded. This will be used for the OpieSDK bootstrapping

Bugfixes per the recent FILESDIR cleanup.

Run a perl script against the repo to kill off direct FILESDIR usage
in favor of relative file:// paths in SRC_URI, and WORKDIR references
in functions.

- uicmoc-native,uicmoc3-native: use the qmake-base.oeclass to get just vars
and use those to generate appropriate qt config for build.
- qmake-native: updates for the new qmake.oeclass
- misc others: comment noting availability of new oeclass
