this is present and the cups headers are not the build breaks. We don't have a cups-native package so --disable-cups.

we have to refresh ts_lib_autotools.patch for 1.2.7

This fixes the case where usb net is loaded after the network is brought up.

eglibc and glibc can both provide 'glibc-dev' and I don't see anything
eglibc stuff is missing as to why bitbake wants to pull in both glibc and
eglibc to fulfill glibc-dev. So we switch to the virtual that both are
already providing.
