Use require for the BitBake files within packages. In contrast
to the conf files the authors of these files expected these files
to be included.

Fix the quilt PATCHCMD to stop rampantly chmod'ing, which made the CVS directories not executable, thereby screwing up the ability to rm -rf tmp. Thanks to holger freyther for pointing it out.

Bump PR in readline per the change to no longer use --with-curses.

- When --with-curses was added to configure it forced itself to link -lcurses
without it, it looks for a termcap library and choses ncurses.
With that CSet packaging linking of readline works again.

Add ion (version 3, development snapshot), a tiling tabbed window manager

Fix up the readline build to depend on ncurses, apply a patch to link the
shlib against the termcap lib (ncurses in this case), specify --with-curses,
and set LEAD_SONAME.
