Qt Embedded 2.3.9 snapshot builds:
-Forward port all patches
-Tested with the following machines (compile) SIMpad,Tosa,Beagle
-Packages fine and completely builds
Todo:
-Talk to Lorn if I've removed anything important and readd it
-Convince people to try Qt2.3.9 snapshots and remove DEFAULT_PREFERENCE=-1
-Convince Mickey to take maintainership of Qt2.3.9 once proven stable and to drop Qt2.3.7
-Test, Test, Test on devices...
