2.11 will be added soon w/ DEFAULT_PREFERENCE=-1. If you still need 2.6.10,
please set your PREFERRED_PROVIDER accordingly.

Use the TARGET_OS linux override to RDEPEND/RRECOMMEND glibc-gconv modules. I have
tested this only on my uclibc build.
