(1) the 'standard' settings in local.conf.template (from the nslu2-linux.org master makefile) have been folded back into the three distro .conf files. (2) openslug-image now builds for any NSLU2 distro (3) ucslugc configuration added (4) more comments in the openslug and ucslugc configuration files

This allows extra package directories to be added (or even individual files) without affecting the operation of bb freeze and bb unfreeze. Note that new versions of openslug-packages.conf should keep the addition at the end but that freeze output will not have it.

-Document the TINDER_TZ Option. It can either be Europe/Berlin (no kidding) or a timedelty (e.g. +0200) openembedded/classes/tinderclient.bbclass: -Send timenow as UTC + TINDER_TZ offset -Parse and send starttime as time + UTC (either set TINDER_START with gmtime or use the most recent bitbake from trunk for having BUILDSTART as UTC time)
