OpenSlug-1.3-alpha: Now supports booting from an external disk

nslu2.conf. Changed CMDLINE in openslug kernel to use switchbox. Changed switchbox and slingbox to use /usr/sbin and /usr/bin (just like in OpenSlug busybox) so that the location of executables match across SwitchBox, Unslung and Openslug. Added /initrd directory to OpenSlug rootfs so that it can be used for the pivot_root in switchbox.

Unslung 3.10-alpha: Added one extra sd{a,b,c} device. Added libc6-unslung to the root filesystem (for librt). Added rc.unslung-stop and called it during rc.reboot and rc.halt. Now diverts to rc.unslung-start (but still does rc.unslung as well for backwards compatibitily, but this will be removed in Unslung 4.x).

genext2fs: Add, and use, patch from Christopher Edmonds which calculates the
# of blocks which are necessary automatically, along with my modifications to
calculate the # of inodes as well. Also stop using the fixed ext2 image
sizes in the builds, and move SECTION from genext2fs-native to genext2fs.

Commented out the calls to AM_PATH_PROG_WITH_TEST. I have no idea whether this is the correct fix or not, but it is enough to get wget building again.
