2010-07-31openssh.inc: Workaround uclibc issue where pthread.h inclusion causes conflictKhem Raj1
* PAM means openssh wants its own implementation of pthread functions and the signatures dont match with uclibc functions. stdio.h pulls in pthread.h and causes the compiler to abort compilation.
