klibc: remove old unused 1.5 and 1.5.15 recipes.
* Keep 1.5.18 which builds vs. 2.6.2x and 2.6.3x kernels.
* Reintroduce do_stage (hard to die!).
* WIP in order to get finally rid of legacy staging
* For the moment, refactor the recipe and bump PR.
