recipes: conform to OE packaging guidelines with RSUGGESTS/RPROVIDES/RCONFLICTS/RREPLACES
* even worse than last RDEPENDS/RRECOMMENDS change, because now ie:
opkg info coreutils-doc
Provides: textutils, shellutils, fileutils
Replaces: textutils, shellutils, fileutils
