linux-rt-2.6.24: Up-date to latest .7-rt10 PREEMPT RT patch.
* 2.6.24.3 to 2.6.24.7.
* Add 2.6.24.7-rt10 PREEMPT RT patch.
* remove one patch which is now fixed upstream
