opie metapackages restructured to new way
- all task-opie-* definitions moved from meta-opie.bb to task-opie.bb
- opie-image does not DEPEND on meta-opie but on task-opie
- building opie-image build ONLY what is needed to create that image
- meta-opie build all OPIE stuff like it was before
- small changes in tasks
