sqlite3 3.3.13: Point release
* Sqlite has released a new point release for Sqlite3. It fixes one bug when using ORDER BY. * The patches for 3.3.12 have been rebased for 3.3.13 and are included in the 3.3.13 directory. * The 3.3.13 bb file is an almost exact copy of the 3.3.12 bb.
