linux-rp-2.6.24/defconfig-tosa: fix broken config
* fix unbootable: +CONFIG_JFFS2_LZO=y, +CONFIG_LZO_COMPRESS=y, +CONFIG_LZO_DECOMPRESS=y
* fit size limit: -CONFIG_OABI_COMPAT=y, -CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDECS=y
* unwind builtin crypto API
* not bump PR, as tosa patch conflit present in linux-rp_2.6.24.bb.
