linux-handhelds-2.6 2.6.21-hh18: Add new release.
* Changes since -hh17 are:
1. ghi270: Updates.
2. htcuniversal: Sound fixes.
3. wm97xx: Make wm97xx codec runtime selectable.
4. eseries: Add ASoC support.
