gpsd: As discssed on the ML:
- Add a gpsd-conf package
- gpe-conf installs /etc/defaults/gpsd and /etc/init.d/gps-hardware
via update-alternatives
- A sample machine-specific -conf package for fix-gta01 is provided.
- Constructive comments welcome
