For Familiar-0.8, OpenZaurus-3.5.2, OpenZaurus-3.5.3 the preferred versions for
Opie are now in a seperate file. The benefits are that only one file needs to be
and synced while the distributions are still able to their preferred Opie release
Also added a lot packages that missed a preferred version before to the list
