linux-2.6.23: add generation of binary device tree for mpc8313e-rdb and mpc8323e-rdb
* create ${KERNEL_IMAGE_BASE_NAME}.dtb, as the device tree
can vary between kernel versions
* provide ${KERNEL_IMAGE_SYMLINK_NAME}.dtb symlink
