minimal.conf: Revert "minimal.conf: Dont redefine OVERRIDES"
This reverts commit f00b1bec3efb8490b3343c368d36788e290e6fc7.
Unfortunately this slipped under my radar. MACHINE_CLASS is being
used by me, e.g. for Motorola EZX, HTC MSM7, and more --
so please leave it in here.
