add wellenreiter as a the first opie application in OpenEmbedded.
although the resources are spread throughout the whole opie cvs dir, it's obviously pretty simple to package an Opie app.
Question now is whether we should spend the time package all opie apps in the current form or if we want to migrate the
buildsystem prior to adding the applications.
