Starting with mts-io 3, the following changes were made:
When unloading the module, all gpio pins that were
acquired are freed.
All MTAC (Multitech Accessory Card) related code
was removed from the mts-io module.
See the mtac driver and the various accessory card
drivers which all have their own repositories.
