New release requires libpcre 2.
Enable gnutls by default to remove an annoying warning on every
vte widget. core-image-sato already has gnutls so this shouldn't
be a big deal.

vala.bbclass DEPENDS on vala and vala-native: Drop the inherit so
that these dependencies can be added on-demand based on vte
PACKAGECONFIG. Add relevant items from vala class into the recipe.
Add copy of vapigen.m4 so building without vala actually succeeds.
Make building without vala the default PACKAGECONFIG.
Fixes [YOCTO #10386].

* License change LGPL 2.0 -> LGPL 2.1+
* vte-termcap is no more
* API break: current version seems to be parallel installable
with old one, but I did not opt for that.
* Add patch to avoid stack protection by default
* Use libtool-cross: libtool adds "-nostdlib" when g++ is used,
and this leads to a link failure on PIE builds: "undefined
reference to __init_array_start". libtool-cross has a hack to
avoid "-nostdlib"

The currnet patches in OE-core doesn't have the "CVE:"
tag, now part of the policy of the patches.
This is patch add this tag to several patches. There might
be patches that I miss; the tag can be added in the future.

With the autodebug package generation logic, specifically setting FILES_${PN}-dbg
isn't needed in most cases, we can remove them.

If you currently do a DISTRO_FEATURES_remove = "x11" with OE-Core, you
see failures due to dependency problems. The work in resolving this was
partially completed a while back. This adds in the markup mainly for
gtk/gtk3+ recipes and means "bitbake world" will work successfully.
Rather than code the gtk/gtk+ specific distro features into each recipe,
a shared variable is used.

so we need to let build know about it

A lot of our recipes had short one-line DESCRIPTION values and no
SUMMARY value set. In this case it's much better to just set SUMMARY
since DESCRIPTION is defaulted from SUMMARY anyway and then the SUMMARY
is at least useful. I also took the opportunity to fix up a lot of the
new SUMMARY values, making them concisely explain the function of the
recipe / package where possible.

Due to quarks with the way bitbake handles variable key values, the
hard coded FILES_vte-dbg or automatic FILES_${PN}-dbg could replace
each other, leaving the system in an inconsistent state.

Dont use autotools, it really not so autoconf like.
the configure script gets updated with every release of zlib
and we overwrite that. Instead use the upstream provided
configure
copyright year was changed in zlib.h which caused change in
LIC_FILE_CHECKSUM
fix.inverted.LFS.logic.patch is already applied upstream so drop it
Drop the configure.ac and Makefile.am scripts since we do not
autoreconf anymore and do not inherit autotools anymore
Bump PR for depending recipes so a rebuild it ensues so that
they dont depend on .la anymore
and add missing dependencies discovered during incremental
build

Added a patch to add introspection.m4 to avoid the following
configure error:
| src/Makefile.am:168: HAVE_INTROSPECTION does not appear in
AM_CONDITIONAL
| autoreconf: automake failed with exit status: 1
| ERROR: autoreconf execution failed.
NOTE: package vte-0.28.2-r0: task do_configure: Failed
This upgrade avoids configure issues with automake version 1.11.2
seen on the earlier version of vte:
| src/Makefile.am:155: `pkglibdir' is not a legitimate directory for
`PROGRAMS'
| src/Makefile.am:156: `pkglibdir' is not a legitimate directory for
`SCRIPTS'
| src/Makefile.am:178: variable `interpret_SOURCES' is defined but no
program or
| src/Makefile.am:178: library has `interpret' as canonical name
(possible typo)
| src/Makefile.am:229: variable `slowcat_SOURCES' is defined but no
program or
| src/Makefile.am:229: library has `slowcat' as canonical name (possible
typo)
| src/Makefile.am:203: variable `interpret_LDADD' is defined but no
program or
| src/Makefile.am:203: library has `interpret' as canonical name
(possible typo)
| autoreconf: automake failed with exit status: 1
| ERROR: autoreconf execution failed.
NOTE: package vte-0.24.3-r0: task do_configure: Failed
Did not upgrade to the latest version 0.31.0.
0.28.2 is the last version supporting gtk+ 2. Next versions have
dropped support for gtk+ 2, and they require gtk+ 3. It would be
more appropriate to move to next version after gtk+ 3 recipe is
available.
