2017-02-23tremor: removeRoss Burton3
Now that Tremor isn't enabled by default in oe-core's GStreamer plugins and has been added to meta-multimedia, it can be removed from oe-core. (From OE-Core rev: 30f5c80943f69884b3d7323b540c8bb0f1efd8fd) Signed-off-by: Ross Burton <ross.burton@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
2017-01-23tremor: Use mirror tarball instead of svn urlRichard Purdie1
This is the only remaining svn url in OE-Core and building subversion-native for things like the url checker is wearing and slows down builds. Since this rarely changes, use the mirror tarball instead. Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
2015-08-31upstream_tracking.inc: deprecate and move contents to recipesAlexander Kanavin1
No-update reasons and manual version checks should be in the recipes themselves because otherwise they're prone to getting out of date. Signed-off-by: Alexander Kanavin <alexander.kanavin@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>

2014-06-03recipes: Add missing pkgconfig class inheritsRichard Purdie1
These recipes all use pkg-config in some way but were missing dependencies on the tool, this patch adds them. Signed-off-by: Richard Purdie <richard.purdie@linuxfoundation.org>
2014-01-02tremor: remove unrecognised optionRobert Yang1
Remove the --disable-rpath, it seems taht there is never such an option in tremor's configure, and it uses our libtool, so we don't have to worry about the rpath. Signed-off-by: Robert Yang <liezhi.yang@windriver.com>
2013-07-22tremor: add a patch to build with arm thumbJesse Zhang2
Add IT instructions so that it builds with thumb tunes. ARM mode won't be affected since IT is a pseudo-instruction in ARM mode. Signed-off-by: Sen Zhang <sen.zhang@windriver.com> Signed-off-by: Saul Wold <sgw@linux.intel.com>

2011-07-01Drop PRIORITY variableRichard Purdie1
As discussed on the mailing list, this variable isn't useful and if wanted would be better implemented by distros using pn-X overrides. This patch executes: find . -regex ".*\.\(bb\|inc\)$" | xargs sed -i '/^PRIORITY = ".*"$/d' against the tree removing the referenced. Thanks to Phil Blundell for the command. 2010-08-27Major layout change to the packages directoryRichard Purdie1
Having one monolithic packages directory makes it hard to find things and is generally overwhelming. This commit splits it into several logical sections roughly based on function, recipes.txt gives more information about the classifications used. The opportunity is also used to switch from "packages" to "recipes" as used in OpenEmbedded as the term "packages" can be confusing to people and has many different meanings. Not all recipes have been classified yet, this is just a first pass at separating things out. Some packages are moved to meta-extras as they're no longer actively used or maintained.
