Some sort of GL is needed yes. We indicate that with opengl loosely in OE
The epiphany depends on webkitgtk, add opengl to REQUIRED_DISTRO_FEATURES also.

Error: GLib-GIO-ERROR: Settings schema 'org.gnome.desktop.background'
is not installed
This depend was setted in gnome-desktop before, but dropped when we
drop gnome-desktop after upgrade epiphany to 3.28.1.1.

Epiphany no longer needs it, nothing else does,
and so it will be moved to meta-oe.

Upstream has replaced autotools with meson, so the recipe has been adjusted accordingly.
0001-bookmarks-Check-for-return-value-of-fread.patch deleted as the file was completely refactored
0001-yelp.m4-drop-the-check-for-itstool.patch replaced with a patch for meson equivalent

* The webkitgtk package should recommend the ca-certificates one,
because any program usign webkit (and not only epiphany) would
expect that the CAs certificates are available and that https
validation works as expected.
* For example, webkitgtk includes a MiniBrowser program that would
fail to proper verify https sites if the ca-certificate package
is not installed
* Instead of making each one of the webkitgtk consumers care about
the certificate package, do this in webkit itself.

In some recipes overly-split -dbg packages were merged into PN-dbg. Unless
there's a very good reason, recipes should have a single -dev and -dbg package.

If you currently do a DISTRO_FEATURES_remove = "x11" with OE-Core, you
see failures due to dependency problems. The work in resolving this was
partially completed a while back. This adds in the markup mainly for
gtk/gtk3+ recipes and means "bitbake world" will work successfully.
Rather than code the gtk/gtk+ specific distro features into each recipe,
a shared variable is used.
