Completes previous commit b5292d4115a4555a66b5e35acdc67dd71fb8577f. Updates SUMMARY[doc] (meta/conf/documentation.conf). If diffutils rebuilds it tries to remove with "rm" files that don't exist anymore, resulting in an error. Use rm -f so the removal always succeeds. diffutils has a rather confused set of getext macros with different names and strange conflicting version requirements.
