getVar() now defaults to expanding by default, thus remove the True
option from getVar() calls with a regex search and replace.
Search made with the following regex: getVar ?\(( ?[^,()]*), True\)

The imp python module is the forerunner of importlib. Include imp in
the importlib subpackage instead of the misc subpackage so that it can
be depended on without bringing in a bunch of unrelated, unused modules.

As gnome-common is deprecated it is being removed from GNOME packages, so to
avoid redundantly pulling it in as a build dependency to every package it will
be removed from gnomebase.bbclass
Add it explicitly to the recipes that still need it so these still build.

Remove the patch that was applied in the python3 and python3-native
recipes to skip compilation of python modules.
Modify generate-manifest-3.5.py to match '__pycache__' directories in
FILES_*.
This is necessary because Python3 puts .pyc files in '__pycache__'
subdirectories one level below the corresponding .py files, whereas in
Python2 they used to be right next to the sources.
This change significantly reduces the startup overhead of Python3
scripts. For example, on a Cortex-A9, "python3 -c pass" took 0.40s
before, and 0.19s after.

Use md5 sum instead of mtime as the "digest" method for rpm_sys channel.
The digest is used to determine if the channel has been updated. It was
found out that mtime was not a reliable digest. On some systems mtime
of the rpm db does not get updated after every transaction if transactions
(smart install / remove commands) are fired in quick succession. As a
consequence smartpm cache and rpm db get out of sync.

STAGING_LIBDIR, PYTHON variables
We patch Python's distutils modules to access STAGING_INCDIR/LIBDIR, so when
they are not set, scripts that utilize distutils (e.g. python-config) fail.
Several recipes need to export those manually to prevent such failures,
so let's do that in the class instead.
PYTHON variable is exported because otherwise autotools' python.m4
macro will pick up its own internal default, which may not be the version
that we want.
glib recipe in particular was previously using Python 2.x during build due to python.m4
defaulting to it - now it's using Python 3.x, and so needs a small fix in
deletion of *.pyc files.

There are cases where target and host are of the same
type and at such instances the target modules may be
loaded if CROSSPYTHONPATH is not correct. This adds
host library paths so that target modules are not
