Fixed:
guile-2.0.11: guile: Files/directories were installed but not shipped
/usr/lib64/libguile-2.0*-gdb.scm [installed-vs-shipped]
This is because when there is no file in the directory:
for f in libguile-2.0*; do
[snip]
done
The f would be libguile-2.0* itself, use install-exec-hook will fix the
problem since it depends on install-libLTLIBRARIES.

This reverts commit 397f27cdceaa4874d8d06aad10cd37a5817d90b8.
The fix isn't correct, caused:
install: cannot create regular file `/path/to/sysroots/x86_64-linux/usr/lib/libguile-2.0.so.22.7.2': File exists
will add a new fix.

The class itself currently does nothing. The idea is to mark all recipes that
make use of the texinfo utilities. In the future, this class could be used to
suppress the generation/formatting of documentation for performance,
explicitly track dependencies on these utilities, and eliminate Yocto's
current dependency on the host system's texinfo utilities.

Remove all PR = "r0" from all .bb files in oe-core. This was done
with the command sed -e '/^PR.*=.*r0\"/d' recipes*/*/*.bb -i
We've switching to the PR server, PR bumps are no longer needed and
this saves people either accidentally bumping them or forgetting to
remove the lines (r0 is the default anyway).

guile needs to be able to convert strings from ISO-8859-1 in order
to work properly. This patch adds a runtime dependency to the required
convert package, but only when glibc is used. The fix for uClibc depends
on another bug (#4530).

When guile is installed from sstate, if the compiled files get a modified time
older than the source files then guile will produce warnings like this:
;;; note: source file /data/poky-master/tmp/sysroots/x86_64-linux/usr/share/guile/2.0/ice-9/boot-9.scm
;;; newer than compiled /data/poky-master/tmp/sysroots/x86_64-linux/usr/lib/guile/2.0/ccache/ice-9/boot-9.go
Not staging the files and letting guile re-compile them on demand won't work:
;;; compiling /data/poky-master/tmp/sysroots/x86_64-linux/usr/share/guile/2.0/system/base/compile.scm
;;; it seems /data/poky-master/tmp/sysroots/x86_64-linux/usr/share/guile/2.0/system/base/compile.scm
;;; is part of the compiler; skipping auto-compilation
So, use a sstate postinst function to explicitly touch the compiled files after
the extraction to ensure that they are fresher.

Some patches (disable_goops_optimizations, fix_cross_compilation) don't
seem to be needed anymore. Others (change-install-data-hook, mark-unused-modules)
were updated to work on 2.0.6. Tested by building and running guile under
QEMU with core-image-sato-sdk and also builing guile on MIPS.

In guile meta/Makefile, what install-data-hook do
must be run after install-binSCRIPTS.so it's a exec hook, not a data hook.
If keep these exec-hook in data-hook,when we run make with multi-jobbing ,
install-data-hook and install-binSCRIPTS will be separately
processed in different thread, no any dependence.
that will cause error sometimes.

When guile-native was relocated, there were messages like:
;;; note: source file /srv/home/pokybuild/yocto-autobuilder/yocto-slave/emenlow/build/build/tmp/sysroots/x86_64-linux/usr/share/guile/2.0/ice-9/eval.scm
;;; newer than compiled /srv/home/pokybuild/yocto-autobuilder/yocto-slave/fri2/build/build/tmp/sysroots/x86_64-linux/usr/lib/guile/2.0/ccache/ice-9/eval.go
and this confuses things like the autogen-native "guile --version"
check. This patch ensures the wrapper script sets the necessary
variables correctly.

Using "1" with getVar is bad coding style and "True" is preferred.
This patch is a sed over the meta directory of the form:
sed \
-e 's:\(\.getVar([^,()]*, \)1 *):\1True):g' \
-e 's:\(\.getVarFlag([^,()]*, [^,()]*, \)1 *):\1True):g' \
