2016-02-15apmd: fix build with static libraries disabledRoss Burton2
apmd was using foo.o in Makefile dependencies but if libtool is being used then those are the statically linked intermediate files. When static libraries are globally disabled they won't be generated by libtool-cross so the build fails. Instead, use the libtool intermediate wrapper .lo files so the build succeeds. Instead of manually adding initscripts to RDEPENDS of each package, we should make it automatically handled by the update-rc.d.bbclass. This solution would have the benefit of backward compatibility. As discussed on the mailing list, this variable isn't useful and if wanted would be better implemented by distros using pn-X overrides. This patch executes: find . -regex ".*\.\(bb\|inc\)$" | xargs sed -i '/^PRIORITY = ".*"$/d' against the tree removing the referenced. Thanks to Phil Blundell for the command.
