kernel.bbclass: Fix link for modules-${MACHINE}.tgz
The modules-${MACHINE}.tgz should link to ${MODULE_TARBALL_BASE_NAME}.
But now it links to an invalid file ${MODULE_TARBALL_BASE_NAME}.bin.
Remove the extra .bin suffix.
