wic: support 'msdos' fstype
Added prepare_empty_partition_msdos and prepare_rootfs_msdos
methods to support 'msdos' filesystem type.
Created aliases prepare_empty_partition_vfat and prepare_rootfs_vfat
to continue supporting creation of vfat patitiions.
