linux-libc-headers: upgrade from 2.6.34 to 2.6.36
The upstream code has changed, and it does not need these fixes anymore. Removed these patches: hayes-gone.patch ppc_glibc_build_fix.patch Signed-off-by: Nitin A Kamble <nitin.a.kamble@intel.com>
