quilt: Avoid hardcoding paths into output
Avoids:
quilt-0.65-r0 do_package_qa: QA Issue: /usr/lib/quilt/ptest/quilt/scripts/edmail contained in package
quilt-ptest requires /media/build1/poky/build/tmp/hosttools/perl, but no providers found in
RDEPENDS_quilt-ptest? [file-rdeps]
